Your (7A, 7C, 7D and 7E) essays are due TOMORROW, JANUARY 29th, at the beginning of Humanities class. A printed copy must be handed in (you are able to come in before school or nutrition break to print if you cannot print at home!)
7B essays are due Wednesday! Students began the planning stages of a 5 paragraph essay today. Included below is the powerpoint of examples and guiding questions and statements. Thursday and Friday--> planning in graphic organizer (coming up with common themes and beginning to write a thesis statement) and finding evidence the the film, poem, song and news articles shown last week. Monday and Tuesday --> beginning and working on rough copy of essay, as well as peer editing. Wednesday and Thursday --> begin good copy We are aiming to have the good copy due either Monday, January 28 OR Tuesday, January 29, depending on how each class uses class time and progresses. REMEMBER...essay planning and writing takes time! It's not a rush to be the first one done! Take the time to find proper evidence.
